El desarrollo de estos textos requiere el dominio de la estructura clásica (Introducción, Desarrollo, Conclusión) y la aplicación ética de normas de citación (APA) para legitimar el conocimiento y evitar el plagio. La función principal de la escritura académica es fomentar la construcción autónoma del conocimiento . Para optimizar este proceso, se recomiendan estrategias metacognitivas (como la autorreflexión y la coevaluación) y el uso estratégico de herramientas tecnológicas .
